Refund policy

At MaisonNova, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and, where possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number may be requested.

Before returning an item, contact MaisonNova. We will provide the appropriate return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

For a return due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless MaisonNova states otherwise.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, personalized items, items clearly marked as final sale, and certain products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law.

After we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. An order that has already been processed or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
