Shipping policy

MaisonNova currently ships within Canada.

Current rates are: CAD $12 for Standard shipping, free Standard shipping for eligible orders of CAD $75 or more, and CAD $20 for Express shipping. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

We prepare orders as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the product, address, carrier, and logistics partners. Any delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Some products may be prepared or shipped by different logistics partners. An order containing multiple items may therefore arrive in more than one package.

When tracking is available, it is provided after shipment. There may be a delay before the first tracking updates appear.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If you notice an error, contact MaisonNova promptly. Once a package has shipped, it may not be possible to change the address.

Delays may occur due to the carrier, weather, peak-volume periods, or other logistics events. If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact MaisonNova so we can review the situation.

Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout in accordance with current rules.
